Loved it. It was a mix of excellent staff, great design and the most beautiful location in Venice.

The design of the room.

The beds were a bit too soft, and all the water went out under the shower's door. The rest was impeccable.

Absolutely amazing experience, from the ambiance, to the location, to the food...you get it all!!!

Everything about our stay was exceptional, we only wish that our stay here was a bit longer. The breakfast that was included was fabulous and all of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We truly felt pampered while staying at this hotel and if we are ever back in Venice we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I would have changed would have been being able to get into our room when we arrived. It wasn't quite ready yet upon our arrival so we had to kill some time before we could get in and relax a bit after a full day of travel.

Very tasteful hotel, great rooms of a really good size and super well decorated. Good location.

room is very large by venice standards and decor is quietly excellent, very tasteful.

unfortunately one of my two nights there the house staff forgot to close overhead blinds so i woke with the dawn (they had closed them the previous night). I tried to find switch to close skylight blind but to no avail. I found it when checking out inside the wardrobe!! No-one had shown me this when they showed me the room as house staff are meant to close them each eve but forgot on this occasion, so not a good sleep.

The Venice Venice hotel is absolutely stunning. Believe all the great reviews. We were upgraded to the most beautiful room overlooking the grand hotel. All the staff were warm, charming and helpful. The ambience was cool & elegant and the food was delicious. We went to another well known ‘classic’ Venice hotel for dinner & compared to The Venice Venice it felt tired & dated. TVV is a new direction for hotels in Venice & they have got it completely right. We cannot wait to return

A surprising; unique fusion of old and new Venice wrapped with art, cutting edge luxury and smiles!

The breakfast was the least favorite feature. Needed more healthy cold options ( ie. yogurts, fruits, juice options, grains ). The personnel; especially the front desk and bell staff are amazing. Highly engaging and happy to help with directions, suggestions and other requests.

More handrails should be added to the short stair areas due to low lighting and draperies. It's easy to trip and fall in these areas.

The property, the service, the cleanliness, the location, the food, the open mini bar, the wide bedrooms

The stairs but it was not difficult to go around. I find it pricy to pay double the price to stay canal facing, a bit disappointing as i was looking to upgrade and found it too much of a difference with my court view room.

Chic and cool perfection in the heart of Venice

Everything about this hotel exceed our expectations. The staff were all lovely, helpful and made us feel so looked after. This was an expensive treat for us, and the staff made it feel completely worth the premium, je ne regrette rien. This is very much a lesson in good branding, everything felt so considered, and executed with a chicness and a coolness that I've not come across in any other hotel I've stayed in. Just fabulous.
