The Venice Venice is HEAVEN HEAVEN

The hotel is utterly breathtaking. Brilliantly combines old with new. Arriving by water taxi its clear youve arrived at the only place to stay in Venice. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Ask them for recommendations!! They will send you to local favorites & hidden gems. They are remarkable. Don't leave without having their spritz. The lemon foam? Perfection.

Unforgettable trip can’t wait to return

The staff are amazing, the decor is stunning and location is fabulous. Drinks on the terrace on the Grand Canal is a wonderful experience. Breakfast is delicious can’t praise the whole experience enough, fabulous!

Could do with some more lager options if you don’t like the blonde beer.

Loved every second

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very cool it feels like New York in Venice and the room was great. Some of the things are too cool it’s tricky to make work - switches / taps but you get to grips by the end!

Absolutely amazing experience, from the ambiance, to the location, to the food...you get it all!!!

Everything about our stay was exceptional, we only wish that our stay here was a bit longer. The breakfast that was included was fabulous and all of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We truly felt pampered while staying at this hotel and if we are ever back in Venice we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I would have changed would have been being able to get into our room when we arrived. It wasn't quite ready yet upon our arrival so we had to kill some time before we could get in and relax a bit after a full day of travel.

Very tasteful hotel, great rooms of a really good size and super well decorated. Good location.

room is very large by venice standards and decor is quietly excellent, very tasteful.

unfortunately one of my two nights there the house staff forgot to close overhead blinds so i woke with the dawn (they had closed them the previous night). I tried to find switch to close skylight blind but to no avail. I found it when checking out inside the wardrobe!! No-one had shown me this when they showed me the room as house staff are meant to close them each eve but forgot on this occasion, so not a good sleep.
